Your personal information is not posted, passed on, sold, rented, shared or given to anyone without your consent. With exception to a court order or subpoena.

Your first names (John B. and Sue) or name of group (My Band) is the only information posted for the propose of identifying your photos.

If you do not want your photos published you must state so in the photography agreement.

Copyright and Legal Statement

All photography is done on a contract basis for your protection and the photographer. We reserve the right to use your photo for promotional proposes only.

Copyright on photographs belong to the photographer. An image release form will be given with the photography agreement for photo processing companies to make legal prints of your pictures from the Photo CD.

Friends and family can order photo prints or a Video slide show DVD or CD. All photos are copy right protected.
